For People who have goals to achieve, to be more productive and stop procrastination is very important.

More productive means doing the important and urgent tasks and delegate the unimportant and not urgent.
By doing this we can have more time and accomplish our goals faster. This is what the experts said “Work less get more things done”.

Then, what we need to do right now is take some papers or not notebook and pen. If You are ready..

Here are the list to be more productive :

1. Do you have goals? Write them down on the header of pages.
Example; buy a new car, build a music studio, earn $10,000 per month, …

2. When you want to achieve them? Write down the deadline (I use red ink and write on the top-right corner)

3. You know what you should do to achieve your each goals, write down on the goal pages.
Example; My goal is buy a new house, then I need to sell more products, get a side job, save at least $2,000 per month, …

4. For each goal, which one you need to accomplish first, then second …Sort them with numbers.

5. How long you need to accomplish every task to achieve one goal? Write the deadline.

6. Then review back all your goal pages, take a small note, write what You need to do today or tomorrow.
Remember to be more productive and spend time efficiently, do what You should do, and delegate the rest. Put a checklist everytime you finish each task.

So, it’s like a daily schedule. But, don’t force yourself to accomplish all at once.
Just set 3 to 5 tasks you need to do daily from Monday to Friday, and spend your weekends for refreshing.
This is what we call “Having a quality time of life“.

Time setting is very important tool. If you have a goal, but you don’t know when you want achieve it, then how you can achieve it?

Ok… Now We are at the level where there are goals and daily tasks to do, but…
The real problem people have is procrastination. Then how We are going to solve that?

Identify your problems

There are so many problems that make us procrastinate, like; self-doubt, feel difficult to do the tasks, tasks seem overwhelming, being interrupted, no motivation or it’s already a habit to procrastinate.

Once You have identified, You can take step to stop it.

Find the solution

Make it clear what You want to do, and how deep your desire? The time passes so quick and We have no way to turn it back, so why don’t We use it doing something important for our life?

Don’t overwhelmed yourself to do many tasks at once, this can make You depress and give up faster. list 3 to 5 per day.

When You really need to be focus, like I did to write this post, turn off your distraction, tv, internet connection, phone, …

Using timeboxing for each task, so You can keep focus to finish it.

If it is a habit that always come to You, then You need to have a group of people to compete and remind each other.

Then try to use the timeboxing for each task.

Always breakdown your goals to doable activities and have time setting.

Take a small, consistent actions each day and watch your result.

By keep doing the action list above, your will be more productive and achieve your goals faster than You can ever imagine.
